We picked up these two little bucklings yesterday and I fell into an absolute TAILSPIN panic. I have no definitive age or breed (but lots of guesses) and I know they were at the auction because they lost their mama. Twin bucklings.

We got one to take a bottle yesterday, the other still fights it. Best guesses are boer/nubian cross at 6-8 weeks, though one expert was adamant that they are 4 weeks max.

I've calmed down a lot since yesterday. So many farm people have told me that goats will drop dead for no reason, and I was a scared new mama.

Any advice for getting those stickers off?

They are very handsome and bless you for taking them in. I'd try some warm water with dawn. . Very little will do. My goat vet says dawn is safe for my goats. Thank you for sharing!!!

Hi,
I live on a 30 acre farm in Ireland.
I have 5 laying hens ,6 Barbu d'Anver hens and 2 roosters
Each rooster has 3 hens in a separate run,4 cream legbar hens 1 rooster,
9 black silkie hens,1 silkie rooster,1 bantam Cochin (pekin bantam as we call it here)
7 laying ducks 1 drake.
2 dogs bo and elmo
Bo is a sheepdog and elmo is a husky x German Shepard
10 cows,1 pony,1 horse and 1 donkey.
1 betta fish
1 tortoise
2 gold fish
2 tropical fish tanks
Together probably 30 fish
We also have some chicks now
And more eggs being set soon.

Great Idea, love this! We have 4 chickens, a rooster, a mini pig and two dogs (as of now... ) I don't have any pics off hand of the chicks or dogs ( too many pics on my phone) BUT here's one of Leroy the piggy
