These are 3 of my newest Australorps. They are 11-12wks old. I historically mis-sex them. Hope these pics are good enough to at least get a good educated guess. They’re not like my first two who are basically Madonna; always ready to strike a pose.

The others here are more experienced than I. I would want to be sure that each had male specific feathers because Australorps have large combs and wattles, both males and females, and I personally would not use that alone to determine gender.
 
I have Australorps, 13 weeks old and 3 of them are obviously cockerels with combs like your #2 and have looked like that since about week 10. The rest of mine all look like your #1. None of mine look like your #3, so my guess is that's a late-blooming cockerel.
