I have button quail (European lines), a few coturnix quail and merriam turkey eggs. I'm interested in a good number of scovy eggs, coloration is unimportant. Please let me know! I don't have money to buy them, so trade is a necessity.

Yes! I also forgot to mention that I still have a few bars of homemade goatsmilk soap left that I can trade as well. I don't know how many bars are left though, and I'm too lazy to get up and check just yet. If anyone is interested in this, please let me know and I'll figure out what's left! I need a LOT of scovies, there are three of us who want breeding groups!

scovies have breeding seasons so they dont lay year around like some breeds..... mine just started laying not too long ago. i have a hen on 15 eggs and another 15 on the incubator..... i have 10 hens... but i only got 1 egg this morning and 2 yesturday..... i will have to see if the other join in on the laying party... if they do and it picks up and you still need them then i will be more than happy to ship you some....

Awesome! Thank you. Please keep me updated on how they're doing. Can you leave lights on them to keep them breeding and laying? It'd be nice if I could at least get two good groups during the year to raise with the cornish x's, plus some for sales.

I dont think light has anything to do with it.

also how many was you wanting..... how many is a LOT? I have lav, blues, blacks & choc. all have some white on them.

I'm going to want 10 ducklings for myself, one friend will probably want at least 5 and another lady will probably take 5 or so. I'll have to contact them both to get an actual number from them. So, maybe 40 eggs? Lol.

I just had to take 47 extra eggs to the auction last saturday, i couldnt find anyoen on craigslist to buy them. I don't have any eggs right now since the girls are building nests.

they were pretty dang heavy, were you paying to shipping or wanting the 'seller' to pay shipping and you pay shipping for what you send?

Honestly, it'd depend. Soap and turkey eggs are both heavy as well, but the button eggs are incredibly light. It would probably be a swap where the TOTAL amount was evened up, ie, if I were to ship out $20 worth of eggs and spent $12 in shipping, I'd expect the other swapper to match my amount, like $18 in eggs and $14 in shipping. That's just an example though.
