A PXE boot is a network boot - your computer is trying to start from a network server and not finding one. Make sure you don't have a CD/DVD in the drive or USB devices plugged in... if you do, remove them and restart your PC. You may need to go into the bios as ivan3 suggested and be sure the HD is being recognized and in the boot sequence.
