any suggestions on how to make a hen go broody

I keep a wooden egg in all the nest boxes and it can be a pain, cuz they go when they go and some never go. You can't force a female to do what she don't want to do and you can't stop her if she does.

If You cant get a hen to go broody just collect her eggs and buy any type of incubator ( i use a hova-bator) and put the eggs in it and hacth them yourself.
