I set four eggs in the incubator on the same day/time but it looks like they are going for different hatch dates. How does one handle lockdown with different hatch dates? Thank you

I forgot to add that I am unsure when the eggs were laid as they belong to a friend who lost the momma to these eggs and she was brooding them(momma hen) but one looks to at least 16+ days and the others 12-13 days

What makes you think they are going to be different hatch dates? If some are not as developed as much as others when you candle them, it's likely that they have stopped and won't hatch at all. If you are mixing bantam and standard chicken breeds, I personally have not had an issue with them hatching far enough apart to be a problem at all. Remember, chicks can go for 48-72 hrs without food or water, that's why hatcheries can ship them. So you shouldn't have a problem leaving the early hatchers in with the yet-to-hatch.

good luck!
