Any thought on gender RIR and Standard Cochin

RIR's 6 weeks old comb has been turning pink for the last 2 weeks now pink where the waddles are.

I have 3 RIR chicks and 1 is allot younger as far as feathers are concerned even though I got them all at the same time. The others are still yellow on combs.

Standard Cochin I have noticed pink where the waddles will be but having a hard time as the comb is not showing pink.

I have never had Cochins before so not sure on their development.

Any help would be great. I know sometimes it's to early to tell.

At their age their combs and wattles would be a little more plump, developed, and a rosy pink color. But theirs are still tiny and orange in color. I've also noticed with most of my chickens that the cockerels didn't develop tails until they were a lot older

Last year one of my Orpington's has a slow growing tail. Everyone else had theirs. It ended up a cockerel. So that makes sense. All 3 of my RIR have develpoed tails. And quit quickly. Same with my Cochins. That will be awesome

I agree, I believe they're pullets
