If she is a cochin it is still pretty young to tell. My cochin cockerels don't really start to show combs/wattle development until between 4-6 weeks.

Is it bantam or large fowl? Most large fowl feather footed breeds are pretty slow to mature, so you might not have a good idea for another month or so.

the parents are large fowl i believe...not as big as some I've seen but also not tiny. salmon favoreilles and my roo looks to be a barred rock type....could be others though..my friend that i got the parents from has several breeds.
