Possibly a speckled Sussex mix because of the white legs. That's my guess, but could be some other mix. Definitely not purebred.

Thought he was either a brown leghorn or a welsummer cus his earlobes are slowly turning white

He's not a true breed then. Likely a local chicken strain of some sort. From my reading, possible terminology for him could be "adiye ibile."
