Checked it again at 5 a.m. 266.
Not sure what to do. Google says check for ketones in urine but I don't have a kit. Will have GC pick one up for me today. If ketones present, don't exercise. Depending how high, ER. Probably (hopefully!) not necessary. But ... WTH? And .. how do I fix this? I think Larry said ... eat tuna.
