Any tips for raising Silver Polish chicks?

I have some silver polish along with other breeds coming in the mail soon. In the past, I've always had trouble with silver polish chicks (1/15 lived). So I just want to know if there is anything I should do to keep the silver from dying?

I recommend keeping polish by themselves as adults to prevent bullying. Otherwise the chicks are the same to raise as other breeds. The only time I would be concerned is if they have a vaulted skull. I haven't had a polish with one yet, but I read some can have them.
