Any tips on raising pharoah quail?

I hatched some pharoah quail three days ago. It was so cool to watch! Any tips on raising them? I keep them in a ten gallon aquarium heated by a 125 watt brooder lamp. They have food and water at almost all times, and I change their paper towels twice a day. They seem to be healthy.
