Any tricks for hatching silkies?

Hi guys so glad to be here. I have a new chick dilemma we had about a dozen nice camo color eggs from a neighbor. So we thought why not try and hatch em. After day 19 we had one silkie hatch and one not sure of the breed but they have a very small light brown eggs. The rest of silkie eggs haven't moved until day 20 we had two going off and breaking the shell but the next morning nothing. The morning after that hubby took out the two eggs and checked the chiks were both fully developed but dead. I read that it is quite common for silkies any tips and tricks in hatching silkies I really like those babies and am sad we have lost so many

make sure the humidity isn't too low as that can cause the membrane to dry and stick to the chicks beak once they have pipped
