Any uses for chicken blood?

I've never measured, but I'm thinking less than half a cup? Really not much at all. I've seen folks worried about butchering in their backyard as they're concerned about "all the blood", but it's pretty minimal. There's a lot more guts and feathers to dispose of than blood.

Yep...even less, maybe less than 1/8 c. Just looks like more if they flop a little.
