Anybody ever had to deal with the Southern Pine Beetle?

At our old property many years ago, we had a tree doctor come out and drill some holes and put something in the holes and said it may or may not work.

What makes it so bad is I love these trees!! All three have been there my whole life and it just stinks that one of them have to go. I'll give my local ag agent and maybe have them take a look.

Get yourself some good systemic insecticide that is taken up through the roots and dose the bejeebers out of those trees.

That advise came from a licensed arborist that I paid to take care of my Ponderosas.
