Hello,
I have been trying for 2 month now to hatch my mutation ringnecks and I'm not having much success so any info please let me know.
I collect my eggs for 4 days from my 3 birds and then set them
For my first couple of batches I incubated at 99.5 with 52% humidity for the first and them bumped it up for the last 4 daysand drop the temp to 98
then I had a health problem and was hospitalized and my friend said the temp was 102 and by then I knew those were gonners.

So once again I placed eggs in there and I did get 7 to hatch but still not very well since there was 20 eggs.

Once again I set eggs and they were to hatch on Friday ,I do have 5 that have hit the shells yesterday but no further action from them.

I have broke open the eggs that didn't hatch and they look to be grown so I don't know what id going on.
What happens if I open up the top only where they would pip would they eventually absorb the yolk or would it kill them too.

I do hatch all my ornamentals and ringnecks and have never had this big of a problem so I don't know if I am doing something wrong or what.

My incubator is a large Kuhl forced air. The temp doesn't move from 99.5. An alarm would go off if it goes either way and I have checked it so it does work.

PLease any info would be great.
