i have a recipe here http://www.babettesnjfeast.com/2009/07/emerys-blueberries.html for blueberry muffins made with melted butter. it's basic add wet ingredients to dry method. i would just bake it in a loaf pan until a tester comes out clean. i'm assuming you want to make a quick bread. hope this helps.
