Yes, but it must be a special nutritional formula because their G.I. tract is very immature. Buy the smallest bottle of Bovidr Labs Poultry Nutri-Drench at Tractor Supply or your feed store. the reason it is so special is because it doesn't need digested. It mainlines directly into the bloodstream getting that precious extra nutrition to the chick without stressing the immature G.I. tract. Give the baby chick one drop only by mouth. repeat as needed every 8-10 hours until perky. Add to the water so it looks like weak tea for the 1st 2 weeks of life to get the chick off to a strong start. I have never had a sick or dead chick when raised on Drench water. It prevents the runs and pasty butt.
