Just by posting in a thread. If this thread comes up on the newly posted in list on the main breeds, genetics, showing section and I've posted it in before, it will then be a different color than the rest of the threads, making it easier for me to see it. Once you have posted in a thread, you can see it under your profile and see if there are any new post without having to open the thread itself. Or I can hit the subscribe button at the top of the thread and do it that way.
