Anybody know the requirments to get farm tax deduction old lyme ct???

so my mom said she would buy me an eglu cube if i got her a tax deduction on our 3.6 acres in old lyme connecticut. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT because i need that coop and i saved up enough to pay for it but she doesnt want a plastic coop and the only way to get it is by getting this deduction. (i know we are a crazy family) I only live there in the summer. thanks. for those of you who can sympathize, i recently lost four pullets to a raccoon because i have a bad coop and i dont want to buy 2 nice coops (one for connecticut 1 for my regular house) and the eglu would e perfect so please help. do it for the safety of my chickens
