Mayo with a bit of diced garlic (i buy it in the jar..) mix together..spread on the outside of the bread for browning.. (it makes the bread kinda taste like garlic bread.. )
on the inside..we use fresh mozz cheese and sliced tomatoes...
To DIE for!

Being from the South, I spread butter on the outside of the bread and BluePlate Mayo on the inside.
