Anyone a heavy sleeper? Help please!

I am a very light sleeper. Like another poster, I can hear a pin drop.

Last time I was in Bahrain I picked up a clock that looks like an ornate mosc and the alarm sounds like that movie arabic war scream they do "le le le le le le le le le le le le le le lel !" It's un-godly

FYI; there are some other reasons you sleep so sound.I use to be that way.My DH use to check on me thinking I was dead cause I slept so sound and didnt hear ANYTHING..Had a physical and they did one of those 24 hr heart moniters.BINGO!! Doc said my heart rate drops so low when I sleep,he couldnt even believe it.there are meds to help and I now hear everything.Get a good check up and tell your doc,you'd be surprised what a difference it has made.There could be other issues,which are minor and easily fixed.Good Luck to you.

Do you have a cell phone? Set the volume to high. Set it in a glass with your car keys, and change. That is quite loud!
