Anyone build whirigigs or weather vanes?

Hi, I am looking for a rooster pattern to make a weather vane, or a whirligig that will eventually be placed on top of my wood shed on a small cupola. Something that I could cut out of plywood.

If anyone has such a plan, please I'd like to see it.

I found a pattern book at a local library, so now I'll have to decide which one to make.
