The show is called Sailor Moon.

Sailor Moon is a cartoon that my duaghter used to watch when she was 9 or 10? She is out of school now and lives on her own so it is pretty old. She just HAD to dress as Sailor Moon one year for Holloween.

A good friend of mine in high school was a huge Sailor Moon fan. I used to have a figurine of Sailor Neptune ... not sure what happened to it though
