anyone else due to hatch 18.7.2015

We Only got 8 days left im so xcited 4 out of 6 silkie eggs growing moving around anyone out there due around the same time

We have eggs due in around 3 weeks and eggs due today! Some of them are silkie crosses as well.

Its so exciting! I love seeing baby birds hatch!

Unfortunately, only one egg hatched under the mother that was do and the one do in 2 weeks got her eggs eaten even though she was in a locked cage with her nest.

She is okay but doesn't get any babies. At least Beauty has one chick. I have a third broody (the one do in 3 weeks) and she still has eggs so I hope she hatches some nice, healthy chicks.

Aww that's so sad :-( . Mine are in the bator this is my first time with chickens so nervous and excited all at the same time im just starting out ,I have ducks though, she went broody but unfortunately none were fertile (the drake not quite got the hang on it yet) lol .

Day 14 yeayyyy !!!! All 4 still going strong and growing moving around im so happy

now a question people iv had my egg incubating in a carton as they were shipped eggs n air cells were a bit wobbly now on lockdwn will it be better to put them on there sides ??? I dont want to do anything wrong I want these babies to hatch like you wouldnt believe

I would suggest taking them out before hatching, since this is the natural hatching position.
