Anyone else hatching?

Pics
I just hit day 21 and woke up to one beautiful silkie. I still have five more eggs. How long would you recommend waiting to remove this little one without shrink wrapping the remaining five? I was shocked that I even had one hatch as this is my first time and it was unscheduled. Long story
Yay!
Chicks can be left in the incubator for 12 to 20 hours.
Any more??

I am hatching. I recently lost an absolutely awesome rooster. He was the alpha rooster.
I took 12 eggs which were already collected and put them in the incubator. 2 of the turned out to be bad and got thrown out within first few days.
I am hoping to get at least one, perhaps two boys from this hatch.
I want his genes to continue.
On day 20 today.
2 chicks have already hatched yesterday and another one overnight.
I hope rest will hatch tomorrow, but if the final number is 3, as long as I get one rooster, I will be happy.
This was an unplanned hatching, so the eggs were not the freshest. Some were likely over a week old. Perhaps over two weeks old.
