ok for reference its bigger than our camper which is 10+ feet long

i was able to get the official property measurements of the coop from my parents and it is 626.6 squarefeet

How much of that is useable space? If you have free range birds (or a giant run) and all of that space is usable then 150 or so.
But from the original pictures it looks like it isnt set up particularly well and is hard to tell what is going on

pretty much the whole thing besides the hallway we just need to remove the goat gate that was installed on the right side and put up some hardwire cloth and then that side will be completely functional
