Anyone else having trouble with Ideal Poultry Website?

No. I figured their next business day is tomorrow, Monday.

I just tried it. I also tried on Facebook chat. It said business hours are Monday through Friday. 8-5. They will get back to me.

I got it all fixed! I was actually able to order the ones I wanted, although it was a few days later. I don't know if it was the website experiencing issues or my PC. But, it is all sorted now. Thank you for the replies here.

I k ow after messing woth it for a while, my computer will just call it quits and delete everything in my cart

That can be frustrating. Have you ever ordered a small order from them? I ordered 9 and I am wondering what possible extra males to prepare the brooder for, as I am planning to build a new one. The site said they put in extras for comfort. If it is 1, I don't have to plan anything extra, space-wise. But I do want everyone to be comfortable.

I ordered this year and last year. Last year I got exactly what I ordered (apart from a single color substitution for the same breed) this year I won't know until at least March 10th.

I placed the largest order I could online and then just used the chat to upgrade the rest of the order since they don't charge your card until the Thursday before it ships

I would plan for maybe 6 extras? That would bring it to 15 which most hatcheries do as a standard minimum. They also told me they're trying to move away from packing peanuts though too

That's a lot more than I figured on lol. Thank you, I can better plan now. By packing peanuts do you mean actual packing peanuts or is that a cute term for the extra males ?
