Anyone else notice...

How many hatcheries are "out of stock" on at least 1/2 or more of their breeds?
I've tried 5 hatcheries looking for 4-5 breeds-- and would have to order each breed from separate hatcheries!
That's a LOT of chicks considering all their "minimum order" restrictions!

What breeds are you looking for? Maybe someone on here knows of a hatchery that has them or someone with some willing to sell.

It looks like a lot of people in the usa has started growing chicken farms. And they for got to tell the hatcheries to get extra eggs.

I've already started "perusing" thru the selling members here at BYC.. the list of "reputable" sellers is REALLY helpful!

If you go there now it says out of stock on nearly everything... most of Ideal, McMurrays and Cackles are "sold out" or "Not available until June"....and SOME of McMurrays says "Sold out until 2010!!!!
