I get bloated at least once a month. We are talking doubled over, please dont make me move or think kinda bloat.
It gets right up under my ribs and it hurts to breathe.

Last night I had it worse than ever.
It started about 5 and went on and on. I tried walking and stretching but nothing helped. I took some Gas X.. didnt help.
Finally I just crawled in the fetal position on the couch and laid there for hours.
My SO finally gets home about 8:30 and I can finally try to doze off.
I wake back up about 30 minutes later and move to the bed where I doze off for another 30 minutes.

Once again I wake up but this time my whole body feels weird. Im kinda numb, very dizzy, cant stop moving, feel like throwing up, pain in my lower abdomen..
I try and try to throw up but.. nothing (I havent eaten since about noon). I mean.. Its starting to get really bad.
It is a chore to crawl. The bed isnt comfortable so I lay again in fetal position on the floor and rock back and forth.

After about and hour and a half of this I crawl into bed where I try and ignore the pain. It hurts but fatigue takes me. I come in and out of sleep from the pain till about 5 am this morning when the alarm went off.

Its not as bad this morning but I still feel a little pain that causes me to hunch over slightly.

Anyone else get really bad bloat?
What do yall do to relieve the symptoms?

It sounds like something more than just bloat. (appendix, gall bladder, ulcer etc.)
Have you seen a doctor for this pain?

No.. as its only once maybe up to 3 times a month.
Out of desperation I turned to google on my phone. I was reading about gull stones..
Just dont want to believe something like that could happen to me I guess. Im only 23!

Ah, yeah it could be gall stones, my girlfriend had hers removed after YEARS of problems with it - But after that, she was a NEW person, so I say get to the docgtor and find out so you can take your life back!!!

Or it could be food intolerances. Try keeping a journal; write down everything you eat or drink on one page, and everything you feel on another with dates and times. Include both physical and emotional feelings. After you have some data, start looking trying to see if you can correlate anything, like, 2 days after I eat ice cream I get bloated, sort of thing.

If you find foods that you think may be causing you problems, stop eating them for two weeks. If the problem goes away (or diminishes) you can eat some of the offending food and see if it comes back.

Gall bladder was my first thought, as often as you are having the attacks. An u/s can easily tell you if there are gall stones in there.

I had gallstone surgery when I was your age. It felt like I had been punched in the stomach and even after the attack was over it was still sore the next day. Spicy foods, and vegetables with seeds like tomatoes or broccoli would set it off. I was really glad I had the surgery. You should really go get it checked. If it is gallstones and your gall bladder ruptures you could die. The surgery was not that bad. You could get lazer surgery and be out the same day or next.

Would a bad gall bladder cause fatique?
I have noticed sometimes I am worn out! If I go to take a nap I cant sleep..
Its actaully lately more than sometimes.. its about everyday.
There is a long list of things to do. I have to fight to do laundry without wearing out

Ive also noticed my face has broken out really bad.
Deep zits under thick skin.. Large ones at that.
I could probly pass them off as moles in some spots

You need to go to the doctor and soon, Sarah. Gallstones can be very serious and it's not just an old person's disease. I had to have my gallbladder out in my 30's. Your gallbladder can turn necrotic if that is the case. Could be an intestinal thing like IBS, too. Please go to the doctor, hon.

Hope it all resolves well, Sarah! And after the doc rules out the gallbladder and such, check my list of things that give those symptoms:
gluten
soy
milk - any species
coconut
Really greasy meals - you been to the Varsity lately?

Hmmm. I'll put gallbladder on the list for next doc checkup...that would be something!
