Just wondering if anyone has tried this before? I really would like to learn for one of my evil projects LOL.
 
I saw a video of chicken insemination, and apparently they inject the semen onto the left side where the oviduct is..... Would it be the same for a guinea hen?

Are you experimenting with guinea colors or some other genetic trait?
