Anyone ever go BIG?

I am starting to design a 80x30 structure for a new mini hatchery. One wall backs up to another building so three will have direct access to the outside. I am planning on having pens with runs along those three walls with incubation, brooding, storage and a clean room on the interior wall. I could leave the inside area open (will use part of it for quail and birds without direct outside access) for a run or multipurpose area.

If anyone has any thoughts, ideas, suggestions or know where to look, I would really appreciate it

I don't, except for the general advice about predator proofing it- but good luck - it sounds great!
Actually, come to think of it, Kathyinmo converted a huge boat house into something like what you are talking about- you could look up her thread on it -
