Anyone familiar with HHD incubator?? Im in need of help with the heat setting.

Hey all, I'm just days away from my second turkey hatch. My first one failed due to equipment failure and I lost all my babies I've been checking my hydrometer regularly and just found that my incubator was slowly dropping in temp. These come factory set at 37.5 degrees celcius. For some reason, mine seems to have changed to 35 degrees Celsius and no matter what I do, it won't rise!! My incubator got down to 93, so I quickly pulled my eggs out and put them in with my quail eggs, to keep them warm. But they can't hatch in there or they'll squish my quail eggs. Can someone please help me?? I've searched Google, downloaded manuals, everything. I know how to adjust the temp normally, but it simply won't let me go above 35 degrees Celsius.
