I didnt want the name of the breeder as I know most of the breeders of the show bird breeders I just wanted to know the history of your strain , are they any good, for show or are they from show stock are they light buff or dark how are they on feather quality ,saddle
do they tend to hold there tail fethers just right or on the high side , I have been breeding the bufs since 1975 and know them well I have stock from marcus davidson, danne Honour Fred Zillich, Curtis Oaks ,Tommy Stanley, and my own strain included and I would say that dan Honour and I have the best buffs in the country I just dont want to waist my money on buying birds that are going to waist my time and money But if your birds are nice I may be interested I just want to know more about them
Our birds are purebred and represent the breed & variety; but we do not guarantee or represent their quality. Ours are of a hatchery quality.

Dan this guy is a piece of work he wont tell me anything about his birds accept quote the scriptures what kind of shady operation is this guy running, I bet he is getting his buff leghorns from Ideal poultry. do you know anything about this guy .I keep asking questions about his stock and he can not give me a straight answer
I do not know anything about this guy.His replies sure are non-sence sounding to me.Where is he from? I saw an ad page 3 in OCT. Poultry Press of Ennis Yoder of Pa.; listing Buff Leghorns among many others including extinct Lamonas!Makes me wonder about him too! There was someone in Illinois this spring on ebay selling large Buff Leghorn hatching eggs, but they had a picture and stated they were commercial stock.Dan
all I wanted was a straight answer from this guy as I know most of the breeders , and strains. in buff leghorns this guy is a 3 party better yet cut out the middle man and buy directly from the breeder, at poultry shows or a hatchery , this guy orders from a hatchery or obtains eggs from someone but he breeds not many birds.
when buying birds buy from a show strain , that does not mean you will get show birds but the birds . chances are they will be better birds for 4-H and show
this guy just beat around the bush, I have no hatred or anything so do not get me wrong , but this is no way to run a , whatever he is doing, Any bird I sell I find out the strain and who has worked with them in the past the history says a lot about a bird
