If anyone is going to the show in columbus ohio in Nov and have a couple of Ameraucana pullets that they would like to sell, i could meet them and buy them. I have been trying to get a couple of ameraucana pullets for a long time now.

Sorry I don't have any to sell, but we will be going.

I'll be going, but I don't have any either. I've been reading that they have a big sale area where you can find a lot of different breeds, but you are better off trying to make arrangements ahead of time.

I plan on going, but I only have on EE/BO mix pullet, and I'm not planning on selling her! Sorry!

I'm excited about the show, though. My 8 year old daughter and I are going, and we're both really excited about it!

You might send a PM to one of our Ameraucana Breeders Club members like Jean (pips&peeps). She did not think she herself would be going, but she might know of other breeders club members who may be there.

I will be going, but I won't have any Ameraucana pullets to sell until late spring. You might also just go and leave the cages in your car, as you may well meet up with folks there who have them but don't advertise.

Good luck in your search!

If they don't need to be purebred, I think I can raise a couple for you. My neighbor trades me green eggs for yogurt (I work at Dannon). Last hatch only one out of five came out with green legs and cheeck tufts, and I'll be selling her next month at a swap, but I can grow more.

My sister and I are going .

She has some nice black Ameraucanas--I don't know if she has any left from the spring hatch though--I'm pretty sure the last two hens were sold recently. She is bringing Lavender to show, but I know there's no extra lavender hens.

She may have some 'non-show' hens from her laying flock.

When is the best time for the sale and which day? Do you just walk up and pay for whichever chicken you want?
