Anyone got $10 they want to send to me for some egg testin?

there are five total that hatched so far and one passed. so four total running around the bator. all adorable of course.

citalk2much recommended leaving quail in several days beyond hatch date as they can pop late too. yesterday was officially day 18.

all hatched were A & M's. we will just play the waiting game with the rest now.

were my coturnix quail this small when hatched??? it seems like these are smaller.

dangnabbut!!! I dunno you can leave the unhatched ones in but i never end up having any hatch past day 18 (all are iether undeveloped or DOA) but hey you can always give it a try!!!


As for the smallness... my A & Ms aren't the monsters that A & Ms were bred to be. My roo is like 6oz and the hens are around 9 oz so more than likely they are little because they are little they'll get a lil bigger than a robin
