well the 1st pip is just that still a pip but now i have a 2nd.

cute chicks Year of the Rooster!

Well my little sister called me and asked me to take her to the store so I did and when I was gone one more bcm hatched and my two barred rock EE mixed hatched both have green legs like daddy hopefully that means I get green eggs! I know barred rocks are sexed from color at birth but they have ee in them so I don't know but from barred rock stance they would be both to hens!!!!!

and I have my last three barnyard mixed pipped and one more bcm pipped I can't see the fat end of three of my bcm eggs anymore since the chicks rolled them around the incubator.

Still waiting here. It's officially day 23 for pheasant and 19 for chickens. No peeping (do pheasants peep?) and no pipping yet, just some rocking eggs. Hoping to have some progress by the time I get home from work this afternoon.
