How is everyone??

I'm a little behind, haven't felt too well the past few days.

I'm sorry your lost your silkie...

and congrats on sneaking in all the eggs... Hoping

for you that hubby doesn't go count. lol...

It looks like the last few eggs I have were quiters right after lockdown. :-( so tomorrow i'll clean out the bator and get ready for new eggs. I ordered some and they shipped today! Should be here tues.

Our special little egg that was so active that we called the Kicker.. didn't hatch. I'm very sad we lost that one.

n Although very active, he seemed way behind on growth at lockdown.. and we lost him a day later.

I hope things are going good for all!

Any new babies? I've glanced at posts but haven't had a chance to read them all.

Awwww... Sweet! Your chick hatched! I imagine still wet.. hope to see pics soon! I like watching them start to fluff...
I think the frizzle are so cute!

My next hatch will be Coturnix Quail, Button Quail and Silkies..

cant wait to see pics when they hatch!! i hatched a quail a few years ago. they are sooo tiny! lol. ill post pics as soon as the chick drys out compleatly

My fingers are now totally stripped of flesh but I have my coop and run cemented so no little night time visitors can munch nuggets in the dark

!!! It sure makes typing hard!!! I have lots of chic pics but I can't upload them till my hands heal a little

I had to cull a chick that was not doing good on day 4 and it was terrible

I used the baking soda and vinegar. It worked in about two seconds and I don't believe the little one suffered from it! The chick could not stand or hold it's head up even a little!!!! I knew that I would encounter this issue raising chicklets but I was hoping it would not happen so soon!

my cochin bantam is dry but its down is stuck to it. how do i fix this?
