i do all my hatching in the styro incubator, they do bleed alot cuz they rub there inbellacord on the wire, i will prob get some of this stuff. thank u for posting it.

Thanks also, I hated having the chicks hatch on the wire bottom !.. Great idea !.. Well hubby fixed up the baby house and run and the 7 babies are outside....

I wasn't real happy with him putting them outside yet but we have an electronic thermometer gun that you can point and shoot and get the temp and it is staying warm enough...I made him go out and check before we went to bed last night ! So far so good

I have now in Lockdown...

2 Lavender Orps, 4 White Orps, 18 Bourbon Turkeys, 12 White & tan Chinese Geese.

1 WHITE Orp Just Hatched this Morning!

We go into lockdown on New years eve.....We only did 7 eggs in our little incubator.....It looks from candling that we have 5 of the 7 doing ok.....not bad for first timers...lol !!!

soo far 2 out of 6 have hatched. ones pipped ant ones chirping. the other two arnt doing anything yet. will post more pics when they hatch
