Awwww, Congrats everyone who has new chicks or ducklings!!!! The ducklings first swim is soooo cute!!

I had 7 silkies hatch yesterday, 5 paints, 2 blacks. They are darling! I have 5 bantam splash cochins going into lockdown today.

Can I join? I set 12 shipped eggs on 12/20. So far out of those 12 eggs the 4 that had separated air cells and 2 others are duds. The other six are going strong. I did wake up to temp spike of 104 this morning but when I candled all 6 were still swimming. My only concern so far is that 2 of them have air cells on the side. I hope they can hatch. Has anyone had eggs like that before?

I have also started getting eggs from my Midget White turkeys so hopefully I can set some of those next week and do a staggered hatch.
