Yeah, the BBS is the color. In her case, she said she had BBS orps, orps would be short for orpingtons, so that's the breed.

Gotcha! Mine are Buff Orps, but I didn't see the Orpington part <grins>

What happen to your goose eggs shellyd2008...Good Luck with the ducks ....they seem to take longer once they pip mine take any where from 24 to 36 hours after they pipped to actually hatch....I had a cayuga hatch yesterday and he is a lonely duck.....

They are still just pips. All 3 have pipped now, but they are just sitting there teasing me!

Had #4 pop out this morning sometime. The BO fuzzy butt is still damp!!
4/5 so far!! Pretty good hatch rate so far/// Waiting on #5

2 of my Runner Ducks just hatched!!!!! They are soooo cute!!! but I guess they did not want to wait until Christmas. I will post pics as soon as I can
