A Tetra Tint or California White Rooster or Cockerel???

I have one of my 9 week old Tetra Tint chicks (from the pullet bin) thats comb is alot more red than the others. Shes (or he) is also my dominant white chick. But her comb size is small, like the rest of my girls.. Im confused..

I had two white Japanese Bantams. One had a very red comb and tall too early on. I gave him away also thinking his "girlfriend" who had the much smaller paler comb was a hen. Well once I gave away him...she started to crow...
