Yeah I bought 4 eggs from Patty but I think the PO was rough with them because all the aircells where detached and rough looking and I can't see any development in them after a week in the bator so I'm thinking they aren't going to do anything for me??? So I may try to contact her to see if she will send me more for the cost of shipping if these don't have any development within another week... Do you think she will???

It sure doesn't sound like there was a problem with the eggs since many people have goslings from the seller. It sounds like it was a postal shipping problem and no fault of the seller. I would not expect the seller to replace eggs for just shipping.

If there are no veins by 1 week, I kindof doubt there will be any. I have had that happen with some chicken eggs.

Most of the time veins can be seen in 5-7 days with no problem. As far as what a seller may or may not do when shipped eggs have been roughly handled I would ask the seller and not everyone else on the face of the earth what they think the seller might do. It's something between the two of you. Most experienced sellers (and buyers for all of that) do not deal with shipping waterfowl eggs or it is understood that eggs are a risky proposition at best. If I ordered eggs that were fine when sent but suspected they'd been badly handled I sure would not expect that the seller should be in any way held responsible.
