Anyone have any ideas on how to get scared chickens laying again?

Well after the hawk, it is a brave day for my chickens to walk out the coop into the sunshine. no eggs for a week or so. I am assuming when they get comfortable again maybe they will restart. any suggestions?

Let them have some TLC. It is really no telling how long it will take. You can add leafy greens like cabbage.

Er, chickens tend to take their own time. Maybe leaving them in their coop, where the hawk didn't strike might help.
