Anyone Have Chickens Because of Easter?

I know most people have a problem with chicks at Easter.( with good reason). But I was wondering if anyones love for chickens started with chicks on Easter.

In this area the Easter chicks and ducks are male... so no.

Mostly sex link and Pekin ducks.

My first 2 were Easter ducklings. I still have both of them and they have girls of their own and a happy place to live out their life! So yes Easter started it for me.
