Yesterday afternoon one of my turkey eggs hatched! Yay! He is still in the incubator because he is the only one in there. One of the other eggs is still alive (I think) but hasn't piped yet. Today is only day 27... but I don't know if I should leave him in there and wait till the other egg hatches or should I take him out? I might need to buy some chicks for him at the feed store if none of his siblings hatches. TIA!

I'd leave him unless he starts trampling the other eggs.

Take him out and put him in the brooder with a mirror. You'll probably need to teach it to eat and drink. Sometimes turkeys get it right off but most times they don't. Do you have any baby chicks to put with it?

No I might have to buy some at the feed store.

Leave it in as long as possible. If its not possible raise the humidity up to 75 or 80 so it'll re regulate after you open it. I've been doing this on mine since yesterday they're hatching and playing football with the unhatched. I've always raised my humidity to about 60 or 65. I'm getting alot better hatch this time with higher humidity but I have opened the bator twice getting broken shells and babies out.And these are chicks I have not poults
