A little behind. This little guy came two days early. Had to get the egg turner out of there.

Eggs went into incubator 6-20
hatched 7-7

2 hatched already, waiting on 16 more.

A few questions for experienced egg incubators
1. Is it better to hold a batch of eggs for 5-7 days, and then put them all in at once. Or is one at a time in the incubator ok?
2. Can you transfer eggs that are at 18 days along into a separate incubator for hatching?
3. How important is correct humidity?
4. Can high humidity be dangerous?
5. if the temperature drops to 95-97 degree for a few hours how at risk are the eggs of not hatching?

Thanks for your help

I have 2 Silver Grey Dorking, 3 Cuckoo Marans, 4 Sliver Laced Wyandotte, and 3 Ameracauna eggs, all fathered by an Ameracauna roo, in the bator due to hatch on the 19th. Everything looks good, except some of the air sacs are a little on the small side. Going into lockdown tomorrow!
