I candled my eggs yesterday, and only ONE was not developing!

I did end up cleaning them off on Tuesday, so I am very happy they are still doing okay, even though I should never have cleaned them off in the first place.

My broody is such a good mama!

Anyone want to steal her eggs? I dare you

I'd be scared they wouldn't make it, I know people ship them all the time, but I have the WORST mailman.

Would you be going to the Bangor TSC? I was thinking that was the one you would go to and if it is I could meet you there after they hatch. (or here which ever was closer) .

I got chicken fever, I guess it's a good thing most places are selling baby chicks to hold me over til mine hatch. I went and bought six mix bantams... I only wanted a couple but it was a min. of six so I have my 4 two week olds and six two day olds and 22 in the incubator. My hubby is gonna kill me lol.. I am on day 10 so 8 more days til lock down and then mine are due to hatch on the 12th of March. I think next I am gonna find some mini horses I will turn this place into a mini farm one day. I already have plans to turn our 1400 square foot shop into a barn. My hubby wasnt too happy with that idea but I need more room for my animals. (not like he works on cars or anything) So why not put it to good use. My oldest will be able to 4h next year so why not have a mixed varity to be able to show right.

I am so with ya!!!!!!!!!! I would love to do the same!

One Egg Hatched over night!! idk if this guys ganna make it tho. hes very weak and isnt moving much. im letting him sleep. he could just be tired from the hatch. Hes some kind of oriental gamefowl.

21 days is a really short time when you think about it but it seems to take forever when that incubator is set!!
