Anyone have eggs hatch on day 18?

SO I am newer to all this. Right now I am just on my 3rd set of eggs in the incubator. The last 2 times all my eggs hatched on day 18.

All the chicks were fine, but I was just wondering why I am hatching so early. Now the only thing I may have done wrong before was not take that red plug thingy outta the top of the incubator last time. So I did it for this hatch and we will see if I hatch on the right day.

Temp to high! 99.5 is perfect. 100 to102 will cause earlier than normal hatch. 102 or higher results in no hatch.
