Anyone have experience dealing with Marek's?

Most beef liver comes from the frozen food case nowadays, and I see it at Walmart or Krogers. You can cut a small piece to chop up daily, and keep it frozen. Some chickens just won’t tolerate the slings while other s do well. Taking them out often to stretch or sleep can help if they are uncomfortable.

Can he hold his head up? Do his toes curl under on either foot? Is he moving them? Many never know for sure if it is Mareks or not until a necropsy. Here is a link for your state vet or poultry labs in each state, who you can contact about pricing and how to send a bird:

That picture was last night I'm sorry. Yes his toe will curl under why?

Skin color looks OK. Tips of comb look bluish. The allowing head to droop means he is very weak. Shanks are above feet are thin which is an indication of dehydration.

What does his feces look like? Can he thermoregulate properly or is he getting cold?

I would not rule out a bad case of worms at this point.
